When to get in touch
Restore the system, not just the position.
An impact, damaged hardware, or a lifting problem can cause a door to leave its track. The door needs to be secured and the cause assessed before operation resumes. Simply forcing a roller back into place may not address the damage.
- Rollers are outside the track.
- The door is hanging at an angle.
- A track or support appears bent after an impact.
What we can help with
GarageCraft provides off-track repair. The assessment can include tracks, rollers, hinges, cables, brackets, and related components, depending on what has happened.
Do not stand beneath the door, pull the emergency release, or force the door back onto its track. Keep children and pets away from the opening.
Your questions, answered.
Can I close an off-track door myself?
Do not try to force it closed. Describe its position when you call so we can discuss service and immediate precautions.
Will the entire door need replacement?
Not always. The decision depends on panel, track, and hardware damage. An assessment is needed.
